      Hi there,I’m locking to relocate to Seattle area from Florida.
      Is it possible to find a condo 2,2 within 140K?

      Hi Flor,
      No, it’s not possible to get a 2bed2bath condo in the city for $140k. They usually start around $250k for a 2 bed fixer. But if you’re willing to drive out then you’ll find much reasonable condos.

      does it really rain in seattle everyday?

      It rains roughly 40 percent of days. On many other days it is simply overcast. The others are clear!

      I enjoy the rain, though!

      Seattle is by far the most beautiful city I’ve been to yet.
      Im currently in northern California and will be moving there
      at the end of this summer.
